Terms of Sale

Due to the bespoke nature of the jewellery pieces we make all pictures are for information only. Handmade items will have small differences which make them unique.

Each bespoke piece of jewellery we hand produce is completely individual, and small surface imperfections may occur adding to its charm.

We cannot be held responsible for any wrong details given during the ordering process. Please ensure you check carefully you have entered the correct spellings, dates and inscriptions you would like.

When ordering fingerprint jewellery pieces please be mindful that children under 6 months old don’t have a well defined fingerprint yet. If you would like a piece of jewellery with more detail, we would recommend an imprint piece for this age.

Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation via the email address supplied, please check the details in this confirmation are all correct.

If you do wish to change your order you MUST do this within 48 hours of placing your order. After this time we are unable to amend orders.

Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order this must be done in writing within 48 hours of your order being placed. You will receive a refund on any items not yet despatched to you.

If you order an inkless wipe kit this will be despatched to you within 24 hours and you must return this to us within 3 months of your original order date. Full instructions are included in the wipe kit and we have an instructional video on our website. We cannot accept responsibility for poor prints so please follow the instructions carefully.

If we receive your prints back and they are not suitable we will contact you, this may result in extra cost to buy another kit.

If you are placing a repeat order or you are a previous client, it may not be possible to offer an identical product. We will endeavour to match your products as much as possible, but you are buying a bespoke handmade one-off piece of jewellery with all the individual charm that brings.

You will receive your order in a presentation gift box within 4 weeks of placing your order. If you need your order sooner, please contact us directly to see if we can facilitate this request.

UK postage is included as standard, any express shipping will be at an additional cost.

Overseas orders will need to contact us directly for shipping costs.

Returns

We will only accept returns on items that are damaged or faulty upon delivery. You must inform us immediately and provide pictures if this is the case and we will give you details on how to return your item.

As items are personalised, only damaged and faulty items reported on receipt will be accepted under or returns policy.
