Mom’s Present’s journey to success started in September 2012 from the sale of DIY 3D Casting Kits, from the Gracechurch Shopping Centre in Sutton Coldfield. Alongside the sale of casting kits, the creation of 3D casts of hands and feet was perfected and a bespoke casting service introduced. This bespoke casting service, including home visits to take impressions, discuss frame and cast colour options proved extremely popular and word spread very quickly.

In 2016 Mom’s Present attended its first Baby Show event at Birmingham’s National Exhibition Centre to promote its casting service. This event was a complete success securing appointments all over the West Midlands.

Since 2017, Mom’s Present is proud to work in partnership with the Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust Charity and Good Hope Hospital Charity. Frames, free-standing casts and jewellery are displayed in the Maternity Ward of Good Hope Hospital in Sutton Coldfield. In return for this promotional space, free hand casts are offered to the parents of sleeping babies. Casting of hands for those entering the final stages of life is also a service we offer.

In addition to presentation frames, Mom’s Present now produces free-standing casts, silver jewellery, personalised gifts and personalised greeting cards.
