What a beautiful, milestone moment having the kind and lovely Hyun visit in the convenience of our own home to take hand and foot casts of my Baby-Boy (this is the second time I have used Mom’s Present after having exactly the same framed casts done for my other Son as a Baby)? :)
Lynn was very helpful and understanding as i was unsure of cast colour and delivery options etc, plus the delay in my reply from my initial contact?
Hyun visited in PPE apron, gloves, mask etc which I thought was very professional and hygienic especially with a young baby around? I liked the way she was patient, didn’t rush both Baby or I, plus my choices and had precious cast example’s with her to peruse?
It was such a nice afternoon of not only getting this keep-sake performed but having a friendly catch-up in over 5 years?! :)
Lynn constantly kept me updated on lead times and delivery address preferred plus allowed me to proof check over the casts via WhatsApp before finalising which puts your mind at ease?
Several weeks later and after a lovely drop off by Hyun, we received the beautiful piece which will sit next to my other piece as forever lasting keepsakes of my Boy’s, for my Boy’s :)

i had the deluxe frame done about 2 and a half years ago for my daughter, could not fault the service in any way, professional, friendly, brilliant communication. Ive recently had the same deluxe frame for my son and again, cannot fault the service, from booking in, to the home visit, taking my daughters frame to re-paint, to recieving both frames today, i am soo happy! they are such beautiful keep sakes and worth every single penny! there is no where else i would choose to go to have anything like this!

Managed to get a last minute slot to get my daughters hands and feet cast, the lady who booked me in and explained what would happen was absolutely lovely and the lady who visited my house was too, chatting away to my daughter and making her laugh, explained the choices I have with frames, background and cast colour, I'm so happy with the service, 2 weeks later I received my frame and it is absolutely beautiful! We love it! Would recommend this company to anyone and everyone! So professional and friendly and the end product is stunning!! X

"Amazing! So caring and friendly, really helped my little one to relax and enjoy his casting experience. They then spent time with us to capture what we wanted.
Final frame arrived a week quicker than I thought and it really is perfect! So much nicer than we could have ever imagined, having only seen the smaller versions that mothercare sell, we were gobsmacked especially with the value for money. They grow so quickly, its easy to forget how little they once was, we now have an amazing casting, pride of place to look at every day. We honestly can't reccomend Mom's Present enough!

I would say that Mom’s Present’s company are very professional and look after you the way you would want to be looked after. My self And my partner Hanna Have had a fabulous experience with Mom’s Presents 🎁 as Lynn and H are fantastic along with being open and honest about everything. What ever you pick or decide todo they are happy for you as they want to make sure your happy and you know what you want. We have received our frame with our baby girls hand prints and feet i we could not be happier we are over the moon. What a beautiful thing to have done and to keep to show your beautiful children when they are older ‘Wow look at how Small your hands/Feet were.

I would highly recommend this company to any body because of my journey and experience with them.

Literally just received my finished product and wow! I didn't think it would be that detailed but I can see every little line on my baby's hand and even his little nails.....the frame is beautiful i cannot wait to put this up....simply beautiful.

Staff are super friendly 🤗 , Raheem even learnt how to say hand whilst casting! Can not thank you enough for this beautiful keepsake.
